Manage All New hire Onboarding, Training/Development , Employee Compensation / Benefits & Reward Programmes Manage the Entire Employees life Cycle of Manufacturing Units & All Corporate functions Drive Performance Management , Employee Engagement, Design & Develop Policies & Introduce Best HR Practices. Work on Important Projects with leadership Team & Drive HR Agenda Qualification & Experience MBA /PGDM from a Good Institute with About 20 years of Experience Preferably few Years at Corporate Level with any Sugar /Distillary & Similar Organisation The Incumbent Should Be Conceptually Sound having Strong faith in Human Values & Committment in Human Resources
