Chief Financial Officer

Job Description : CFO KSA a fast growing Manufacturing and Plastics organisation in the Eastern Province and they are looking for a CFO to join. This company is owned by one of the most prominent investment firms in the Kingdom and therefore has strong backing behind it to guarantee success. The organisation currently has 6 factories across KSA and the UAE and the company turnover is half a billion SAR, they plan to proceed with IPO in the near future and as a result, they need an experienced Finance professional to partner with the newly appointed CEO. This is a very exciting opportunity as you will be a key member of the executive Management team and will assume a strategic role in the overall management of the company. Responsibilities: Direct and oversee all aspects of the Finance & Accounting functions of the organization. Provides leadership in the development for the continuous evaluation of short and long-term strategic financial objectives. Ensure credibility of Finance group by providing timely and accurate analysis of budgets, financial trends and forecasts. Provide executive management with advice on the financial implications of business activities. Manage processes for financial forecasting, budgets and consolidation and reporting to the Company Requirements: BS in Accounting or Finance, MBA and/or CPA highly desirable 15+ years in progressively responsible financial leadership roles, preferably in industrial (corrugated and plastic flexible packaging). Arabic speaking preferred but not essential MUST have experience working for a publicly listed organisation in KSA Strong interpersonal skills, ability to communicate and manage well at all levels Strong problem solving and creative skills and the ability to exercise sound judgment and make decisions based on accurate and timely analyses. High level of integrity and dependability with a strong sense of urgency and results-orientation.
