Job Description : CEO -CDMO Business -Pharmaceuticals & Nutraceuticals Role Plan, Organize, Direct, Control & Manage the CDMO Business with Complete P&L Responsibility Manage Research & Development, Manufacturing, Business Development & Support functions. Key Responsibilities Develop a Strategic Plan to Advance the Group’s Mission & Objectives & to Promote Revenue, Profitability & Growth & Implement it effectively Evaluate the Challenges faced by the Business & take Action to Mitigate Risks & Develop Opportunities Identify & Establish Processes for De-Risking with Respect to R&D, Mfg. Plants, Manufacturing Capacities, Supply Chain, Vendors & employees Develop Company’s Culture & Overall Company Vision Responsible for R & D, Manufacturing Business, Contract Manufacturing, In licensing, Out-licensing Alliances for Domestic & Global Markets. Review Financial Statements to Determine Progress & Status in Attaining Objectives & Plans in Accordance with Current Conditions Set Up Budgets for the SBU & Effectively Implement the Same Develop Total Value Chain of the Business Drive R&D Strategy Development through Surfacing Areas for Strategic Consideration, formulating & Implementing Strategic Projects & being Accountable for Overall Project Progress & Success. Oversee the Company’s Financial Activity including Budgeting, Reporting & Auditing & Work With Stakeholders CFO, HR Head, Operations Heads & QA Heads. Assure all legal & Regulatory Documents are filed & Monitor Compliance with Laws & Regulations Develop & Maintain Strong Relationships with internal & external Stakeholders to ensure Optimal Performance Responsible to Oversee SBU Operations to ensure Production Efficiency, Quality, Service & Cost-Effective Management of Resources Establish Product Development Processes, Best Practices & Policies Qualification & Exp. Bachelors or Master’s Degree in Science or Technology MBA/PGDM from Premier Institute with 20+ years of experience Should have been in a Similar Role handling Techno Commercial Aspects of CDMO Business
