Production Supervisor

Job Description : MOLDING PRODUCTION SUPERVISOR INDONEISA 10-15 years experience The candidate will oversee safe and proper manufacturing of the company's products. In order to do this, the candidate will troubleshoot issues, ensure the efficient day to day operations of the company, and coordinating a team of production to make sure that consistent and quality goods are constantly being produced. Supervise & ensure Molding operators work according to WI/SOP Supervise the yield and quality of production Ensure targets are achieved based on machine cycle time Distribute and coordinate the schedule from the PPC section, cooperate with the warehouse section based on the schedule from the PPC section Prepare a final shift report which includes production performance and also the results of Molding control and actions taken. Bachelor's degree in Engineering fields or equivalent experience 5+ year Supervisory experience in Manufacturing Understand the Injection Molding work process Able to act independently Familiar with ISO 9001 & 14001 Strong communication skills Willing to work in shift time
