Financial Controller

Job Description : FC VIETNAM A global player in the pharmaceutical manufacturing industry is calling for applications for a Finance Controller based in Ho Chi Minh City.The Financial Controller will be responsible for all financial reporting and controlling tasks, including but not limited to cashflow management, budgeting, forecasting and financial planning & analysis activities of the company. Assist in formulating the company's future direction and supporting tactical initiatives Ensure corporate compliance with statutory law and financial regulations of all foreign entities Cash flow management Assistance in financial due diligence of projects/businesses Participate with management in establishing and monitoring the budgets for sales, manufacturing, general & administrative, selling & marketing and capital expenditure on a monthly and yearly basis Supervise and review monthly, quarterly and annual financial reports Oversee and monitor the treasury function Coordinate with CCL LS HO finance team for optimal price/cost agreements Manage any third parties to whom accounting, or finance functions have been outsourced Formulation and implementation of financial controls and operational best practices Supervise the issuance of financial information Five years of experience as a Financial Controller / Finance Manager 10+ years of overall combined accounting and finance experience BSc or BA or specialist degree in Accounting or Finance Manufacturing experience Experience with creating financial statements Experience with general ledger functions and the month-end/year end close process Effective team management
