Quality Manager

Job Description : PLANT QUALITY MANAGER VIETNAM An exciting Plant Quality Manager job in a German automotive component manufacturing company based in Hai Duong.In this role, you will ensure that all quality activities on local level are entrusted to meet the requirements of customers and work within regional and global defined standards. Act as an entrusted partner inside the company matrix and towards the customer and supplier Offer practicable solutions to customers and suppliers internal business partners on potential risk related issues Establish a robust local process to ensure expected quality standard Support regional and global strategy out of daily business with future business demands and industry standards Coaching and mentoring of high potentials in the local quality organisation in alignment with regional quality for future career steps Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering or General Management or similar experience level gained through work experience in automotive component manufacturing or related industries Certified internal auditor of VDA6.3 and/or IATF16949 Management tools (e.g., conflict solving, successful mediating) Deep knowledge of quality tools (APQP, FMEA, 8D, etc.) Very good communication skills
