Finance Director

Job Description : FINANCE DIRECTOR PHILIPPINES In this role, you will be responsible for managing end-to-end operations of the finance and administration group. Play an active role for equity financing while growing and managing a team that takes care of financial operations for the group Focus on business initiatives (acquisition, fundraising) Support strategy, operations and financial planning with financial modelling, data analysis and insights Develop and manage budgets and long-range financial forecasts Manage cost transformation initiatives through process improvements and elimination of non-value adding costs Explore new technology and platform partnerships to allow scale cost-efficiencies To succeed in this Finance Director role, you must have solid work experience in financial controlling, accounting, M&A, and fundraising initiatives. Must be a CPA/CFA Highly effective, mission-driven, strategic finance executive with strong transaction/deal experience for this high-impact role Strong experience in fundraising with a strong network across the region Passion for working in an international and fast-paced environment with a strong desire to learn about private markets Must have an entrepreneurial spirit and demonstrated passion to build something great from nothing
