Job Description : SALES DIRECTOR MIDDLE EAST AND AFRICA Establish effective and efficient direct sales strategic plans for MEA to achieve orders, revenue and profitability objectives * Develop marketplace opportunities, lead sales pursuits, and provide employee leadership in the achievement of common goals * Drive business objective achievement through cross-functional relationship building and processes establishing. * Build and develop a high performing sales team through effective performance management, appropriate measures and incentives, talent identification and upgrade Requirements: A minimum of 12 years experience in the Solar PV / Energy Storage Solutions industry At least 4 years in the management level Technical knowledge and expertise in the same field will be an advantage Must have experience handling MEA/MENA region
