Job Description : Chief Operations Officer- Power Infrastructure and Electrical Solutions- Nigeria one of the leading Solutions providers in Power Generation, Electrical Infrastructure, Elevators and Escalators and HVAC in Africa. Job Description: 1. Oversee nationwide Operations and Management of the following- a. Asset Management-Acquisition, Control, Repairs and Maintenance. b. Logistics- Store/ Warehouses, Workshops and Fleet- Repairs and Maintenance. c. Plant Machinery Tools and Equipments- Acquisition, Control, Repairs and Maintenance. d. IT/ ERP Process Management and Control. e. Infrastructure Maintenance across Nigeria. 2. Work closely with the top management/business heads to understand short and long terms business plans to align operational strategy to support the business. 3. Budgeting and controlling expenses in the respective areas and ensuring budgets and allocations are aligned to organizational strategic priorities. 4. Establish effective policies and procedures to improve day-to-day operations. 5. Establish quantitative and qualitative metrics, guidelines, and standards by which operational efficiency and effectiveness can be evaluated. 6. Develop and build a strong operations team and lead coordination and integration of efforts in the team. Job Specifications- 1.
