10 yearsJob Description : Country Sales Head" for New York / New Jersey USA Industry Preference: FMCG Food Qualification: Preferably MBA-Marketing, with relevant 5-10 years’ experience. Age Preference -- 35-45 Years Job Description: 1. Responsible for Business Development & Sales Goals in the country located and the region/s assigned; 2. Key responsibility is to drive profitability and deliver on the Revenue and Share parameters;- Align and execute trade marketing and trade promotions interventions both with the modern trade and General trade sales, develop & implement local strategy and overall business strategy for the region in alignment with the corporate policy; 3. Generate Leads and the ability to analyze, identify and close appropriate distributors for each vacant geographic market. 4. Operational efficiency for all channels;- Monitoring performance and taking corrective action;- Responsible for achieving planned sales by channel and customer;- Achieving consistent growth by managing various internal and external stakeholders;- Work within allocated promotional cost and ensure effective spending in driving sales and brand building. 5. Provide trade information, competitor's activities, and market intelligence to the company. 6. Resolve customers' trade issues, complaints, and operational matters. 7. Responsible for debt collection and resolving all long outstanding debts. 8. Manage and review outstation outlets through frequent market visits and liaising with local Sales Management/Distributors. Travelling Required: 70- 80% Region Assigned: East Coast & Canada Ethnicity: Indian Origin
