Job Description : FC DRC 15+ years experience Candidate from Chemical Processing, or Mining Steel Processing Must be CA Qualified Job Profile - Responsible for the entire finance function covering treasury, Closure of books of accounts, balance sheet generation, design and implementation of financial controls for a limited company. - Support internal audit and generation of MIS reports. Ensure closure of all financial transactions as per approved procedures and policies. - Maximize return on Foreign Exchange transactions. Ensure legal compliances across the organization. - Initiate and/or closure of any litigation / quasi- litigation for or against the company. - Ability to do strategic planning and budgeting for the finance function Should have hands-on experience of project execution financial controls, project costing at bid stage and project closures
