Financial Controller

Job Description : FC HOTEL PROJECT DRC Qualification : Chartered Accountant (preferable), CWA , MBA Finance Experience: 8+ Years (Out of which minimum 4 years should be in Hotel Industry) Reporting to: Director & Shareholders. Specific Qualities : - Well versed in liaising with banks & financial institutions for funding, - Should have reporting experience with Shareholders , Directors level of at least 2-3 years. - Well versed with Project Reports, Budget Tracking, MIS, Internal Control System, Cash Flow, Fund Flow, - Proven Track record of fund raising and liaising with banks, - Africa Experience of at least 2-4 years will be preferred, - Open to traveling internally to different business locations.
