Facilities Manager

Job Description : Facilities Manager/Head of Maintenance** for a leading Construction & Development Company in the GULF Region. (job location Qatar) -Must have minimum experience of 15 years in the field of Operation and maintenance with leading facility management companies. -Capable to handle MEP and Civil for multiple facilities. -Capable to develop the existing in-house maintenance team. -Handling and leading 20 Large facilities plus the professional teams. -Capable to implement FM software & procedures for an FM division. -Exposure to tendering/pricing of FM projects. -Knowledge of FM software (CAFM, CMMS, or similar) and other computer applications (MS Office, Auto CAD, etc.) -UPDA Accredited and preferably Kahramaa approved Engineer.
