Job Description : GROUP CFO UAE FOR FORTORE INVESTMENT Executing the company’s financial strategy Developing plans for growth to increase company profit while also reducing expenditure Identifying investment opportunities and managing mergers and acquisitions Assisting the MD to develop financial plans Managing accounting procedures Overseeing the company's fiscal activity, including budgeting, reporting, and auditing. Identifying and addressing financial risks and opportunities for the company Financial planning, control, analysis, management reporting and treasury. Assessing and quantifying financial impact of existing and potential business opportunities. Directing and coordinating the short and long-term financial forecasting Preferably be a qualified chartered accountant experience in the UAE/ GCC Have at least 15 years' experience in financial services fund management etc. Atleast 5 yrs experience as CFO Preferably be bilingual in English & Arabic
