About You And Your Skills We’re looking for Executives with 15+ years in a senior leadership position for a customer driven business, including but not limited to Retail, FMCG and consumer industries Experience building effective engagement & trusted partnerships with c-suite stakeholders Proven leadership of large diverse management teams A track record of leading the development and implementation of long-term business plans and budgets Experience leading major change programs that impact customers, team members and communities Experience designing and working with agile operating systems Strong commercial expertise gained from a broad range of experiences Understanding of current and emerging global markets Cross functional understanding and vision
