CFO - Chattered Accountant Qualification is a must and have worked on EPC Projects, minimum 15 year of relevant Experience in Crane Rental/ Heavy Equipment/ Lifting & Engineering Company or Oil & Gas companies. · Committed to superior leadership in Finance, Marketing and Business Development & Administration divisions · Annual Business Plan (AOP), New Sources of Revenue Recognition, New Standard Operating Procedure(SOP) · Acquisition, Amalgamation and Merger of Companies, Commercial Management and profitability of business with footprints in GCC and other nations. · Ability to strategise and innovative problem solving skill for smooth functioning of all region · Ability to collaborate for success of team · Ability to Collect all Data from various units, Analysing and Interpreting Reports for Board Members · Ability to identify Business development opportunities and communicate them to board members. · Actively involve in costing and budgetary controls · Drive the company's performance through robust financial planning & reporting · Decide on appropriate investment strategies based on cash & liquidity risks on Investment including New Projects · Leads and manages a team, typically delivering results through others · Team Building and Management skills with Profitability of the company
