Job Description : Director, Technical Services Singapore for a world reputable ship owner. Company has an in-house ship management setup and this role will be for that setup. Company owns Oil, Chemical & LNG Tankers. We are looking for someone who can: 1) Provide strategic direction to the provision of technical support and consultancy to other departments on operational related matters, energy efficiency, green initiatives, engineering study, research & development, new technologies, best practices and legislative compliance to ensure my client’s Fleet of vessels to meet business units and customer’s requirements on optimizing vessels' availability, reliability, efficiency, effectiveness, safety and cost efficiency. 2) Oversee and drive the Project Management activities from tendering, develop the project specification and design engineering stage to ensure the projects and new constructions are proficiently designed, structured and delivered.
