Job Description : GLOBAL SALES MANAGER UAE CHOCOLATE - The candidate should be a Top-Notch Manager who has the experience in Business development in new countries. Should understand, formulate and execute business plans accurately. - Needs to understand market flow, company strategy and how to implement Business development plan independently in a highly competitive FMCG market. - Should be able to visualize what the company wants for the brands in future. Should be able to communicate the vision to others and also inspire others to share it - Develop & implement various marketing & brand management strategies for International Market. - Should have prior field sales experience, able to develop commercially and financially sound business proposals. - Develop brand launch plans for different countries - Lead the other line Managers and internal departments for driving the growth as per objectives. - Takes responsibility for people development initiatives - Provides the necessary leadership and guidance to key employees and top performers through mentoring and identification of best practices to enhance performance excellence. - Should have exposed to develop business from different Regions. - Identifying areas of improvements to be made and develop sales plans and strategies to achieve sales goals - Pro-actively conducting research on potential client and industry marketing opportunities. Contract negotiation. - Monitoring the market and competitor products and activities and providing detailed sales forecasting. Qualification :- MBA From Premium Institute Minimum of 10 Years of experience out of which at least 4-5 years in International Sales and marketing
