AVP – HR will report and work closely with EVP & HOHR on all HR functional deliverables at the overall organizational level cutting across business units and corporate. Corporate HR - Corporate Hiring, SAP - HR, HRMS, HR Process & Policy and end-to-end execution of people processes for Corporate manpower Talent Management - Leadership Hiring, HR DDC, Business Excellence & TQM, Bio-HR PMS and Comp & Ben - Performance Appraisal, Band-1 Comp & Ben, Payroll inputs, Leadership Training, EA activities L&D: Training delivery as per calendar, e-learning, IDPs, Payroll - Payroll processing, Incentive, employee benefits, insurance and FFS Experience: Minimum 15 years with (i) Full Time MBA-HR / MHRM / MSW/ PGDBA-HR from well reputed institution (ii) Certified/Trained in HR Analytics, BEI, Training, HR/Business Excellence (iii) Certified/Trained in computer applications and MS.Office basic & advanced Tools
