Accounting Head

Job Description : HEAD OF ACCOUNTING THAILAND An excellent Head of Accounting job (x1 vacancy) in Thailand has just arisen at one of the listed, well-known companies. Your main responsibility is to to support a large, complex business unit with a regional remit. Reporting to CFO, you will lead all financial reporting to ensure the compliance of the local regulatory requirements. As the Head of Accounting, you will be in charge of working on reporting standards, reconciliation, consolidations, leading and coaching teams for the changes. Review consolidated financial statements of every company's entity Review to ensure accuracy, completeness, and timeliness of accounting transactions and financial reports. Manage, oversee, and monitor daily accounting operations (AR,AP,GL,Fixed Asset, Inventory, Tax) to ensure everything is run smoothly with GAP minimisation Support accounting and finance information for special projects assigned Advise and coach team members on accounting practices and keep updating on latest accounting standard Work, and assist external auditors, financial advisors, revenue departments and other related external parties Collaborate with cross-functional teams and management on accounting issues Be able to give overall financial perspective/advice to management To success in this role, you most possess strong accounting knowledge/ standard. You must have good attitude and willingness to support company for transformation and be able to lead teams up to 20 people. Minimum Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or related functions Minimum 15 years of experience in accounting with seven years of experience in preparing consolidated financial statements from a listed company. Experience in listed company is a plus Experience in BIG 4 / Financial services is a plus CPA holder is a plus SAP experience is required Good interpersonal and communication skill
