Group Chief Financial Officer

Job Description : GROUP CFO TANZANIA · Provide excellent leadership and management of Corporate Finance, measured by the effectiveness, engagement and business unit respect of the team. · Build productive working relationships with stakeholders in order to understand their business operations and the financial information needs of end users. · Manage relationships with others across the Group to achieve alignment in key business strategies and decisions. · Manage the Group's cash flows within available facilities, providing appropriate reporting to Directors and Executive Management. · Manage the Group's financial reporting obligations, with responsibility for preparation and lodgment of compliant full year and half year consolidated accounts. · Manage the Group's statutory taxation obligations (including Income Tax, FBT, BAS, Gaming and Payroll Tax), with responsibility for preparation and lodgment. · Preparing MIS Reports, Financial Accounts, Variance Analysis, Inventory Management. · Business Plan - Planning, preparing, forecasting, profitability analysis · Cash Forecast and Managing cash flow · Cost Analysis and Cost Control, Overhead Control · Monitoring subordinates, recruitment plan & staff training · Statutory Compliances - Handling Statutory Requirement like Tax, Licenses, Labor Law · Identify Key Performance Drivers, Report on Performance and Suggest on Improvements · Liaison with Bank - on Day to Day transactions, Handling Letter of credits, Loans if any · AR Management - Overseeing invoicing, collection, WHT Compliances & Customer reconciliation · AP Management - Overseeing Procurement, product costing, supplier payment & supplier reconciliation · Accounting & Audit - Overseeing booking, statutory & revenue audit & review of financial statements · Asset Management - Handling of risk / insurance matter, capital expenditure plan, asset register & asset verification and audit Required Candidate profile · Well versatile with corporate experience handling Taxes, Laws, Audits. · Having Strong Tax management experience · Handled multi national level business · Preferred any (Telugu/ Tamil/ Kannada/ Malayalam) language expertise
