Job Description : DIVISIONAL HEAD – Facility management business ( MANPOWER SUPPLY Business ) Location : Oman Gender : Male Salary : OMR + Car + Furnished House + Medical + Air passage + Terminal benefits Medical : Shall be provided by the company Education. : Any (ECNR) Age: 45-50 years Qualification: Graduates in any discipline with post graduate qualification in Business management Experience: Around 20 years of experience in similar function out of which last 5 years should be in the senior managerial level as business head with reputed manpower leasing organization. Candidates with experience in handling such jobs in middle east will be preferred. Good communication, interpersonal & net working skills, business acumen are essential. Job: The incumbent shall be responsible for the setting up and managing the manpower supply business of the company. The selected candidate shall be responsible for business development, meeting revenue targets, customer relationship management, resolution of customer grievances, facility management etc. The job shall include recruitment of staff, deploying them as per requirement at various customer locations, mobilization and demobilization as required, ensuring the various documentations and compliances with respect to commercial, and visa / immigration requirements etc., and administrative requirements like accommodation, transport, administration of staff benefits etc.
