Job Description : DEPUTY HEAD SECURITY AND ADMIN NIGERIA 20+ years experience Assisting the Head- Security in all matters related to Security and Administration of Plant and township Responsibilities · Implementing the Security standards, protocols, policies and procedures towards effective security operations. · Ensuring a secured and safe environment and ambience for all employees, contractors, visitors and others. · Monitoring and and controlling the day-to-day security operations including surveillance, patrol and journey management of employees and other stake holders · Leading and directing all available resources in resolving security incidents, issues and emergencies on timely manner. · Having hands on experience in Estate & Facilities management, Canteen management, Plant & Office Administration and Travel management. · Monitoring and reviewing reports on incidents and security breaches and implementing measures to prevent the re-occurrences. · Handling communication channels to gather intelligence & information both from within and outside the Complex that have security implications and implement action plans to mitigate security risks. · Interfacing with all external agencies and authorities concerning Security and establish excellent rapport with them. · Managing administrative activities in coordination with Internal & External Stakeholders for seamless business operations. · Liaising and Coordinating with the Govt. Departments and local leadership for various approvals, NOCs and other administrative work · Monitoring and reviewing the access control systems, CCTV System and security monitoring system in and around the complex to its effectiveness · Monitoring and Controlling budgets for security operations and monitor expenses. · Recruiting and training security Managers, Officers and Guards · Team Management · Fleet Management Desired Candidate Profile The incumbent should be an Ex-Defense Person ( A Commissioned Officer not below the rank of Major) with 18-25 years of experience in Security, Administration, Estate Management, Fleet Management in a large industrial plant
