Job Description : GLOBAL HR DIRECTOR VIETNAM One of the biggest group in FMCG industry based in Ho Chi Minh City is calling applications for Global HR Director.As Global HR Director, you will report directly to Global CEO based in HCMC, and you will be responsible for leading HR strategies and operation for the business and drive expansion in APAC and Europe. Strategic support on HR fundamentals and organisation effectiveness Partnering with high-level business leaders in delivering the business outcome Adapt the people strategies to its expansion. Lead expansion of business in APAC and Europe from HR perspective Strong talent acquisition and talent management skills To succeed in the HR Director role, you will need to have excellent stakeholder management skill and build constructive working relationships across the company. Bachelor's or Master degree in business administration, human resources or related majors 20+ years' working experience in the human resources management, preferably in FMCG and related sector Change management skill and innovative mindset is desired Good to have regional or global scope of work International exposure, living or working in another markets in APAC Hands on attitude
