Job Description : HR DIRECTOR THAILAND An interesting opportunity as HR Director (x1 vacancy) has just become available in one of the international automotive company in Thailand. In this business critical role you will be responsible for full scope of HRM and HRD and leading team of HR to ensure HR operation is smooth and employees are equipped with skill needed to support business. This role offers fixed and variable bonus. Run HR team from recruitment to retirement and ensure HR process is smooth and accurate Support MD in terms of people agenda such as people development, niche skill specialist, market pay, labour law and culture Work with other stakeholders such as finance, engineering, sales to align direction in terms of cost, manpower planning, skill development, performance improvement process Provide and present management team for key indicators and data to understand employee engagement, turnover rate, training, etc. Ensure other area is well communicated and managed such as safety, and administration To succeed in the HR Director role, you will need to be well rounded and deal with people from diverse culture. Minimum of 15 years’ direct experience as HR Generalist Strategic thinking Result driven and down to earth attitude Strong HR professional skill set Can work in a dynamic environment under pressure Mature leadership and communication.
