Financial Controller

Job Description : FC SINGAPORE Royal Holdings/RB Capital - A leading Property Investment conglomerate in Singapore requires Financial Controller Roles and Responsibilities · Establish Business control over financial processes and comply with corporate policies, IFRS, legal, statutory, and tax requirements. · Review and analyse all financial statements for the Group. · Design, implement and maintain adequate internal controls, policies, and procedures in compliance with corporate policies and all relevant auditing, statutory, and tax requirements to support the integrity of internal and external financial statements. · Spearhead the formulation of annual budgets and operating forecasts managing the cash flow requirements effectively. · Ensure accurate and timely reporting of operating results in compliance with the Group's corporate policies/guidelines and statutory and tax requirements. · Handle Tenancy Agreements and Legal Documents. · Liaise with auditors, tax agents, legal counsel, bankers, and relevant government authorities. · Manage acquisition due diligence process. · Represent the Group in Industry Conferences, Investor Events, and Senior Management Professional Meetings. Desired Candidate Profile · Chartered Accountant. · Minimum 10 years of relevant work experience preferably in a Property Investment Group. · Strong business and leadership acumen. · Able to make decisions and proactive. · Team player.
