Package OMR 2500- OMR 3000 +Family Benefits.(Based on exp) The candidate will drive customer experience strategy and design for all digital services and user experience management and related products for customer and employee interfaces in the group. Candidate will be responsible for ensuring company’s online presence is of high quality, easily accessible and meets customer needs. Minimum 8 + years of Digital Customer Experience with 3+ years Heading the department . Overall Responsibilities · Working as part of a joint leadership team, drive the delivery of a new integrated Marketing, e-Commerce, user experience and interface, role modelling leadership and collaboration across the wider function · Leading the digital customer experience design and product ownership function by introducing innovations and emerging technologies. · Deliver a digital governance framework with policies and standards and culminating in a ‘design playbook’ including content strategy. · Drive a step change in digital analytics, measuring and monitoring the effectiveness and promoting data driven enhancements.
