Job Description : GROUP HEAD-HR / CHIEF HUMAN RESOURCE OFFICER (CHRO) This position is for group of companies located in Central Africa. This position reports to Director Qualification - Full time MBA in HR from a reputed Institute or General Management is a must. Keen insight and understanding of either Retail, Real Estate or FMCG Manufacturing sectors is a must Should have hand-on experience in managing all aspects of HR functions Relevant experience of 20+ years; currently should be working as Chief HR Officer, VP - HR or similar role in Strategic HR & OD in any Retail/FMCG Very attractive net savings offered with perks that go with a senior position.
