Job Description : General Manager (Sales & Operations). Job Location: Lagos, Nigeria Salary: offshore + local Accommodation : Bachelor status Core Competencies: Brand Marketing, Trade and Product Marketing, Sales Operations, Production or Manufacturing Management, Human Capabilities Development and Asset Utilization. Key Requirement At least 5 years on General Manager Level. Education - Must be graduate or post graduate in *chemistry* Must have worked in a company with annual turnover of *20 million US Dollars* or managed at least 300 or more team members as GM. Sales and brand priority Minimum of 15 years cognitive sales experience in *chemical industry* Time management skills in prioritizing tasks to ensuring that projects are completed by deadlines and streamlining processes to maximize productivity Exceptional decision-making skills to weigh costs and benefits of various options and implement immediate best course of action to achieve predetermined company objectives and goals.
