Deputy Sales Manager

Job Description : Deputy Manager - Sales(Construction Equipment / Mining Machinery/Road Equipment) Location:Oman Language : Fluvancy in english and Arabic Qualification: Graduation in Engineering. Additional Management qualification is preferable. Age: 35-40 years Salary & Benefits: Salary- Basic (may vary based on individual credentials & interview ratings). Other Facilities such as Family Accommodation, Medicals, Air Passage, One month Annual Paid leave, Transport, Gratuity, etc. Higher Salary shall be considered for exceptionally good candidates. Experience: 12-15 years in Sales & Marketing, especially in Construction Equipment / Mining Machinery/Road Equipment, of which at least 5 years in a senior position with independent handling of profit centre of Construction Equipment. Proven track record and strong analytical, communication, inter-personal skills are essential requirements. Exposure to Automotive industry will be an advantage. Arabic speaking / fluency in spoken Arabic will be an added advantage Job: To plan and implement aggressive sales & marketing strategies to achieve the objectives of the profit centre in a highly competitive and dynamic business environment. The job entails leading and motivating a team of sales professionals, building customer relationship and seeking business development opportunities for both retail and institutional customers. Implementing innovative promotional campaigns, organizing customer meets / events and training will form essential ingredients of the responsibility. Skills required for the above positions Should be well versed with various construction machine sales Should have handled front line sales activity Proficiency in MS Office tools (Excel, Power Point, Word) GCC driving license would be an added advantage The candidate should be physically fit and capable of travelling to various customers and their job sites.
