Job Description : HVAC SALES ENGINEER TANZANIA a leading MNC is looking for a Sales Engineer - HVAC for their operations in Tanzania Job description: 1.Achieve growth and hit sales, profit and award targets by successfully managing the sales engineering team 2.Design and implement a strategic business plan that expands company’s customer base and ensure it’s strong presence 3.Own recruiting, objectives setting, coaching and performance monitoring of distributors in our east Africa market territories 4.Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs 5.Present sales & award reports and realistic forecasts to the management team 6.Identify emerging demand and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status Requirements: - BS/MS degree in Mechanical Engineering or HVAC related field - Successful previous experience as a sales manager position at least 3 years with well know international HVAC companies and 10+ years overall experience - Committed to continuous education through workshops, seminars and conferences - Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization - Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close - Should be Microsoft Excel & PowerPoint savvy Excellent mentoring, coaching and people management skills
