Job Description : Head of Human Resources UAE to head and manage the HR of our diverse and multicultural workforce of 7000+ personnel. Experience: 20-25 Years, of which at least 5 years as Head of Human Resources in a large Organisation. HR experience in Construction Sector is Highly preferred. Requirements: MBA in Human Resources or equivalent. Efficient HR administration and people management skills. Knowledge of local compensation, labour environment, and HR related matters in Qatar. Change Management experience. Strong background in employee and labor relations. Proficient decision-making and problem-solving skills.
