Finance Director

Job Description : FD SINGAPORE FOR HEALTHCARE COMPANY Reporting to the APAC CFO, this is a great opportunity for a qualified senior finance professional experienced in managing an international team. In this regional role, you will be responsible for the successful monthly controlling cycle in APAC. You will business partner with the commercial heads across the region, and provide insights for business decision making. Supervising the regional controlling cycle, including the monthly closing & reporting, forecasting and budgeting activities Preparing various ad hoc analysis and presentations for regional management Adjusting and implementing fair International Transfer Pricing concepts and coordinating with APAC offices and headquarters Representing the region in controlling and operational finance matters Oversee finance related topics in the APAC region Supervise the accounting team to ensure the accounting, statutory reporting, audit, tax and secretarial work of the company is completed accurately and timely Initiating best practices and continuous improvement To succeed in the Finance Director (Global healthcare company) role, you must have a strong background in international controlling, the ability to work in cross functional teams, and be confident to collaborate with teammates internationally. Qualified accountant with at least 10 years of finance experience Experienced in managing a team Adept in International tax planning Strong understanding of local accounting guidelines and IFRS Great verbal, communication and presentation skills Organised, detailed and results oriented to meet critical deadlines Flexibility to travel occasionally
