Job Description : Plant Manager/CMM/CNC Stamping/ Pennsylvania usa POSITION OPEN TO CANDIDATES WORLDWIDE WITH RELOCATION ASSISTANCE AVAILABLE 90-150k Be willing to work alone at first as this would be a start-up position. One program in place today that needs to be up and running in short order requires Loading and unloading of supplied stampings into and out of fixtures CMM inspection of the product once completed Be able to refine current CNC program (s) to gain shortest possible cycle time along with best possible product. Looking for ZERO defects to be produced Evaluate and maintain tooling required to perform the milling Able to work within CAD / CAM or best practices with support team for best outcomes of manufacturing needs Be willing to work with design and build of future initiatives for process flow as well as fixturing holding methods At startup product requires Loading Machining Unloading Cleaning Inspection Packaging Current cycle time per part is 33 seconds Current machine platform is horizontal machining center with Fanuc based control. G-code programming capability at a minimum.
