Job Description : CHIEF OPERATING OFFICER INDIA KEY QUALIFICATIONS & RESPONSIBILITIES • Effectively manage team on Pan India level for all vertical. • Develop intensive, ambitious business strategies, short-term goals, and long-term objectives. • Spearhead overhaul of various underperforming departments to reduce stagnation and increase growth, productivity. • Oversee executive leadership, company's operational activities. • Foster change in company culture to be more open, transparent, and accountable. KEY ACHIEVEMENTS • Support organisation to increase revenue in the assign time span. • Set comprehensive & challenging organisation goals for performance & grovrth. • Proven Experience as Chief Operating Officer or relevant role. OTHER ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENT • Should have relevant experience of minimum 20 years. • Master in Business Administration or relevant field is add-on. • Highly ambitious, strong business accumen and multi-skilled candidate.
