10 yearsJob Description : COUNTRY MANAGER OMAN 10-15 years experience We are looking for an experienced Marketing Manager to develop and manage marketing programs in specific channels, support business objectives, lead acquisition, foster customer retention, execute business development, provide sales support, and advance brand building for an upcoming online job portal. Marketing Manager Responsibilities: Evaluating and optimizing marketing and pricing strategies. Analyzing market trends and preparing forecasts. Generating new business leads. Increasing brand awareness and market share. Coordinating marketing strategies with the sales, financial, public relations, and production departments. Developing and managing the marketing department's budget. Overseeing branding, advertising, and promotional campaigns. Develops digital marketing strategy by studying economic indicators, tracking changes in supply and demand, identifying customers and their current and future needs, and monitoring the competition. Managing the marketing department's staff. Preparing and presenting quarterly and annual reports to senior management. Promoting our brand at trade shows and major industry-related events. Keeping informed of marketing strategies and trends. Plans and executes all web, SEO/SEM, database marketing, email, social media, and display advertising campaigns. Designs, builds, and maintains our social media presence. Contributes to marketing effectiveness by identifying short-term and long-range issues that must be addressed. Measures and reports performance of all digital marketing campaigns and assesses against goals (ROI and KPIs). Identifies trends and insights, and optimizes spend and performance based on the insights. Brainstorms new and creative growth strategies through digital marketing. Plans, executes, and measures experiments and conversion tests. Collaborates with internal teams to create landing pages and optimize user experience. Utilizes strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points. Identifies critical conversion points and drop off points and optimizes user funnels. Completes marketing department operational requirements by scheduling and assigning employees and following up on work results. Maintains marketing staff by recruiting, selecting, orienting, and training employees. Maintains marketing staff job results by counseling and disciplining employees; and planning, monitoring, and appraising job results. Develops marketing staff by providing information, educational opportunities, and experiential growth opportunities. Marketing Manager Requirements: Bachelor's degree in marketing, finance, business administration, or similar. A master's degree in a relevant field will be advantageous. At least two years' experience as a marketing manager. Proficiency in electronic marketing automation software such as HubSpot Marketing and Bitrix24. Extensive knowledge of marketing strategies, channels, and branding. Superb leadership, communication, and collaboration abilities. Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills. Strong time management and organizational abilities. Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform, and motivate Creating and maintaining client relationships.
