Job Description : MAINTENANCE MANAGER CONAKRY GUINEA Mechanical Engineer / Graduate with PG Diploma in Plastic Processing / Plastic Technology with min 10 years of experience in Plant Maintenance of Plastic manufacturing of PVC Pipes / Injection molded products. Should have experience of Execution of Maintenance management based on optimum mix of preventive, predictive and break down Strategies for various machines. besides air cooled chiller, screw compressor and regular maintenance of pumps , Calibration of pumps , servicing of valves, Trouble shooting of various electrical and electronics. speed setting of machines, Machine hydraulic circuit checking and pressure setting, Encoder calibration, linear encoder repair Heater balancing on machine. Knowledge ofPvc compounding formulation. Position offers good tax free savings.
