Job Description : PCH GHANA FOR CASHEW Roles and Responsibilities Design, implement and manage the procurement strategy for raw cashew nut in the country with a well-trained team and deliver volumes and profitability as per the overall business plan. Ensure Optimized resource utilization in the country to derive maximum capacity utilization and efficiencies and to eliminate controllable losses and minimize the impact of non- controllable losses Ensure strict adherence to all the laid down systems and procedures without exception Entrepreneurial Spirit New Business Development activities focused on increasing the footprint of company in the sector and product. Design the budget for the country operations and ensure strict adherence and control with periodic reviews and audits. Anchor the external audit for the product and ensure complete compliance with the standards established Risk Management for the entire business credit, currency, counterparty being the major risks to be mitigated. Stakeholder management aligning and engaging all stakeholders internal and external ensuring maximum synergies between business ambitions and stakeholder requirements. REQUIREMENT- · Atleast 10+ years work experience in procurement, logistics and handling finance in Africa with any Agro Commodity Trading company. · 2-3 years of business head experience in handling Cashew business.
