Job Description : PRODUCTION MANAGER UAE Producing for both retail and HORECA sector, your main responsibilities will be to plan, draw up and maintain the production schedule. You will order the required resources from the purchase department, maintaining necessary stock levels for planned production. You will also ensure completion of all customer orders on time and to the highest quality. The Production Manager will make sure that production is cost effective, monitoring the full process and adjusting schedule accordingly. Communicating regularly with the lab and purchase department to maintain a smooth production process. The successful candidate should have experience as a Production Manager or Assistant Production Manager within either personal care, cleaning or hygiene products. You must be familiar with all health and safety guidelines as well as government requirements. The ideal candidate is a strong leader who can successfully supervise and motivate the production team.
