Country Sales Head

Job Description : COUNTRY SALES HEAD DRC To manage, develop and expand the business, providing direction and leadership, ensuring profitable Route to market, growth to enhance market leadership and be acknowledged leader in Fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) industry. To work with corporate HQ to leverage functional support and expertise to address local opportunities or issues quickly - Sales, Marketing, Commercial, Legal, Technical, Finance or HR Key Duties & Responsibilities ? Producing accurate financial reports and information and be well versed to handle Zimbabwe currency flautaution with adequate strategies. ? Ensure P&L ownership and accountability within each Sales Channel. Including Managing credit, providing advice in making financial decisions, making financial forecasts and budgeting. Ensure profit and performance delivery of the country strict as per the plans. ? Identifies competitor activities, develops and implements response tactics and develop, implement and manage account specific programmes, promotions and packs as required. ? To maximize transactions, revenue and profit growth through leading the system to identify and capture growth opportunities ahead of competition. ? Create clear business cases for investment to enable capturing those opportunities and creating economic profit in their territory and provide thought leadership on RGM, RTM and commercial execution. ? Ensure teams are adequately invested to develop the market, and that marketing plans have been adequately implemented to build the brands Build successful relationship of partnership and respect with key customers, and Co-ordinate all Sales, Marketing and Commercial activities across country to achieve revenue, volume and share objectives through supporting the execution of the Annual Business Plan (ABP).
