Finance Head

Job Description : FINANCE HEAD BANGLORE INDIA one of the top management consulting firm who are known for their services. Its spread across in many countries. · Accurate and timely monthly financial close including accounting, tax, and government compliance for GCoE customers · Overseeing all entity incorporation, bank relationships, accounts, ledgers, and reporting systems ensuring compliance with appropriate standards and regulatory requirements · Ensuring Smooth payroll process and employee reimbursements · Compliances - GST, PF, PT, Return filings, Labour Law Compliances, and Secretarial Compliances · Corporate Advance Tax and Returns · Treasury management, and cash flow management · Support Transfer pricing study, benchmarking, and certificate activities · Coordination of all Audit Activities · Ensure compliance with U.S. GAAP and India GAAP · Proactively monitor and operate a robust internal control environment in compliance · Responsible for all tax and legal compliance and reporting for the entity · Manage internal and external audits when they occur · Support on adhoc requests of clients with respect to F&A activities including tax planning and support for employees · Minimum 15 years of relevant work experience · Chartered Accountant (CA) certification · Strong communication skills, including the ability to articulate financial results, accounting policies and procedures · Candidate who has worked with COE/SSC/Captive setup and has helped them to set their SSC in India · Proven ability to communicate with and influence decisions of VP/CXO level leaders · Strong understanding of US GAAP and Indian GAAP · Strong Excel and NetSuite skills a plus · Highly motivated self-starter with proven ability to lead teams · Consulting experience is a plus To be the Financial leader for the entire vertical and closely work with the partners.
