10 yearsJob Description : CFO THAILAND An exciting asset management firm is looking for a high-calibre Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to lead the finance & accounting functions and to support the business expansion. Spear-head all the business development activities other AMC, including but not limited to Grow the asset under management, bidding new NPL portfolio from banks and NBFIs, utilising a data-driven asset pricing model Initiate and liaise with potential lenders to increase the levered return of investment in new NPL portfolio Initiate any M&A or partnership opportunities and drive the process and negotiation with potential sellers/partners Work closely with CEO and deputy-CEO, two veteran AMC professional, who will be focusing on operation functions of the company (i.e., asset management and collection) Drive the IPO process including company preparation and working closely with external advisors including Financial Advisor, Internal Control Advisor, Legal Advisor, Underwriters Responsible for overall accounting and finance function, treasury including budget control, group finance, internal control as well as leading a finance team to handle accounting operation Ensure completeness and accuracy of monthly financial report Ensure the account closure process under well control environment Oversee the production of reports on a timely basis: financial statements, cash flow projections, finance regulatory reports for use by executive and external submission Develop financial, capital and tax planning Develop managerial reports in terms of performance measurement, capital management To succeed in this role, you should possess minimum ten years' hands-on experience in financial accounting and at least five years in executive level management. Bachelor's Degree or higher in finance, accounting or business related field Professional accountancy qualification is a plus (CPA or equivalent) Solid knowledge in finance & accounting area Knowledge of SET, SEC regulations will be an advantage Strong financial analytical and presentation skills Financial modelling skill Proficiency in written and spoken English Expertise in computer abilities (MS Office: Excel, PowerPoint, Word, etc.) Knowledge of accounting and ERP systems (e.g. Oracle, SAP, Microsoft AX) The firm specialises in purchasing and managing non-performing loans and real estate.
