Job Description : COIL TUBING SERVICE MANAGER NIGERIA 15-20 years experience Overall Purpose of The Role: Direct and monitor oil and gas onsite operations. This involves onsite planning and supervision of Client's operations during - intervention for both rig & rig less Coil tubing, [perforation & PLT/SNL/HPT logging, Bridge plugs, tractor], stimulation [acidizing & N2 lifting], CT operations & well interventions, fishing operations, milling operations, well cleaning - paraffin removal, Thru CT cement plug, wellhead investigation and repairs, well killing & securing, plug & abandon operation. Overall Role Description / Required Skill Sets: - Regularly uses performance data to identify opportunities for performance improvement. - Monitors on-site field performance assessments (End of Job Customer Survey (EJCS)) / Key Performance Indicator review). - Involved in internal audits of CT operations. - Initiate the implementation of new technology within coil tubing Job role contributes directly to value creation and directly Impacts a revenue center's viability or its quality of service via personal contributions. - Competent in coiled tubing software to simulate downhole well condition. - Competent in troubleshooting, Servicing and Repairing for all CTU equipment - injector head, BOP, dual flapper valve, strippers, Power pack, CT reel and hands experience on reel spooling as per job requirement. - Competent in coiled tubing downhole tools & RIH Experienced: Tubing connectors, check valves, hydraulic disconnect, circulating valves, MHA, all types of fishing tools Overshot, GS pulling tools, hydraulic type Sliding sleeve shifting tools etc., Milling tools, all types of cleaning tools, Hammer tools, Hydraulic operated Jars, all types of spears, Knuckle Joint ETC. - Competent in fluid volume calculation and monitor effective mixing of recipe. - Competent coiled tubing lock-up and helical buckling scenarios & Coiled tubing pipe fatigue. - Competent in calculation for burst and collapse pressure of coiled tubing string. - Competent in job design change with limited supervision with customers/base engineer. - Competent in designing & preparing acid simulation recipes for different types of formations - sandstone, lime stone etc. - Competent in control and supervision for CTU crew to work according to the simulated coiled tubing run-in hole and pull out of hole weight scenarios. - Competent in actively interface with drilling, completion & asset team to ensure operational downtime during intervention activities is minimized & timely delivery optimized. - Leadership in terms of HSSE promoting safe working process. - Provide daily QA/QC operations report capturing NPT, lesson learned & material / chemical inventory management. - Other relevant experience; - Excellent communication skills, business focus & solution oriented. Well Completion & Intervention experience, Handling of HPHT wells, Advance CT operation, Horizontal wells operations.
