20 yearsJob Description : SALES AND COMMERICAL HEAD NIGERIA FOR PAPER 20+ years experience Roles and Responsibilities Reporting to CEO of the company you will be responsible for Sales and commercial operations of the Kraft paper division of the company: · Sales planning and execution Pan Nigeria along with payment collections. · Accountable for arranging raw material for the production team · Developing annual sales plan, forecast and strategies for the company. · Developing and forecasting sales and travel budget along with developing and motivating the team · Handling monthly sales volume of around 5 million USD per month · Accountable for identifying the vendors, negotiating the rates and timely supply of products and services required by different department in the company · Compare and suggest the items required in indent as per need · Co-ordinating and managing the import of products and machinery required by the company · Handling a team of around 30+ locals and expatriates Achieving sales target by successfully managing the sales team on a consistent basis More specifically KRAs include: To achieve collection targets Achieving realization tgt Development of new customers Design and develop strategic business plan and increase customer base and ensure companies market share increases Build and promote customer relationship Making monthly / yearly sales forecast Keeping information on competitor’s activities Identify emerging market and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status Suggest selling price as per market scenario To do production planning / deckle combination and send to weigh bridge for taking customer order for production Attend quality complain issue of customers Co-ordinate with factory for customer despatch and decide priority of production based upon customer requirement Provide details / docs for passing the necessary Credit / Debit note after duly approved by management Carry out promotional activities as and when requirement Suggest promotional material / design for distribution to customers also the year end gift to customers Controlling / monitoring the activities of collection centres Ensure Raw material ( waste paper ) collection tgt are achieved on monthly basis Payment to RM suppliers who are supplying to WH ‘s Establish / develop new raw material collection centres as and when required To co -ordinate with all RM suppliers and suggest RM price time to time as per market scenario · Managing the requirements of raw materials and other consumable for the company. · Identifying vendors and suppliers with optimum negotiated rates and fast supplies for consumables and services required by the company Candidate Profile: · Nigeria experience must , preferably from related industries · Bachelor’s degree with MBA in marketing / business development is desirable Salary: INR 1.5 – 1.75 PM Tax Free in NRE account in India plus House, Transport, Local Allowance in Nigeria
