8 yearsJob Description : SALES MANAGER LUBIRCANTS UAE 8-10 years experience · Manage B2B Sales in the Levant region. · Introduce new products to the range wherever not available · To look after, expand and stimulate the sales of different lubricants brands. · Solicit new accounts and manage existing accounts to ensure expanding customer database · To understand market dynamics, current positions, market shares, and strategies. · Managing product promotion in a highly competitive retail market. · To penetrate the UAE market in the Automotive and Industrial segment and develop a reputation for exceeding clients' expectations. · Identify proposals for 3rd party blending/private labeling business of lubricants from prospective regional companies. · To analyze sales promotion, segment wise for management information. · Placing the company as well as its products to the international level. · Drive forward for new business development through in-depth analysis of client's needs and requirements. · To increase revenue and decrease expenses by implementing cost-cutting measures. · Manage credit performance in the region to ensure availability of securities, timely collection of dues, and compliance to credit policy & terms to maintain a healthy company cash position. · Develop and monitor the overall after-service and technical services plans for the region to ensure timely and quality delivery of the planned and required services resulting in customer satisfaction and loyalty in order to sustain the customer base. · Develop & maintain a conducive working relationship with customers, peers, competitors, authorities, and other stakeholders through effective communication and interaction to facilitate business solutions. Sales & Marketing Management · Drive and monitor the implementation of the sales and marketing strategy and take necessary action to correct deviations · Source and manage relationships with and evaluate the effectiveness of outsourced providers of marketing services · Coordinate and participate in promotional activities · Execute developed product launches and related marketing initiatives · Ensure adherence to the sales process to achieve market share gains within key customers segment · Provide input on the company's media and public relations advertising · Ensure all marketing strategies adhere to the company's ethical code of conduct
