MEP Engineer

Job Description : MEP ENGINEER ANGOLA FOR PLASTIC MANUFACTURING a leading plastic manufacturing company based in Angola. Handling overall planning and execution of Project activities related to installation, commissioning, operation of High side & Low side, Chiller, Mechanical ventilation, Air Cooled Precision Package, Air Cooled Package AC, Air Washer, AHU, FCU, Unitary Air Filtration Unit & Roof extraction system, Mechanical ventilation & Smoke extraction system. Key Responsibilities: Oversee the MEP work (Electrical, ELV, Plumbing, Mechanical, HVAC, Fire safety and other services) from start to completion. Execution of the MEP work involving Supervision, installation, commissioning, QC and testing. Coordination: Follow up and coordinate with Architect, Project Manager and our other team members to ensure timely completion of works with norms and specifications. Exposure of MEP Coordination with Architecture, documentation and on time document traceability. Provide technical advice to staff designer, supervisor, inspector and contracting service provider, regarding installation and maintenance of MEP system. Responsible for preparing the schedule for Predictive Maintenance and deftly manage Shutdown Planning & Execution, Breakdown & Preventive Maintenance. Accountable for effective utilization of manpower for individual shift operation while managing the daily reports & log books. Study construction drawing and give appropriate instructions to the Site Supervisor and Foreman. Experience: 8-10 years' into industrial projects. Africa experience preferred. Qualification: B.E/ Diploma in Mechanicalor Electrical Engineering.
