Job Description : BRANCH MANAGER ZAMBIA FOR AUTO 10-15 years experience Responsible for Prepare annual marketing plans & calendar.# Managing Campaign- Planning, strategizing and executing # Creative leadership. Set brand standards, define a brand voice, and take the lead on bringing the brand to life through every facet of the consumer journey. # Building social media presence. # Plan the product range and pricing strategy based on desired positioning to optimally tap the opportunity. # Translate brand strategies into brand plans, brand positioning and go-to-market strategies. # Work with creative, digital, media and activation teams/agencies to encapsulate sales insights into brand creation. # Ensure enhanced customer experience through right brand product mix, visual appeal and layout navigation. # Manage brands to achieve their business objectives to improve the profitability of the organization. # Value chain ownership, analysis and improvement. # Protecting profitability. Marketing strategy, planning and coordination. # Building awareness and positioning, New product development. # GTM Strategy and Execution. # Coordination with cross-functional teams. # Ideation and execution of strategies for revenue, market share and profitability growth. # Create brand and corporate identity. # Annual marketing calendar. # Competitor benchmarking & analysis. # Value chain ownership, analysis and improvement. # Content Management - Offline and Online - and building awareness, recall and consideration metrics. # Identifying opportunities to create and build strong tangible and intangible brand assets that can be used consistently across communications with an objective to enhance saliency for the brand. # Develop segmented marketing solutions BTL for recruitment & sales lead generation initiatives. # Manage marketing communication as per the channel SPOC. # Manage overall marketing support- collaterals, tools. # Visit branches/partner office to provide marketing inputs & gain insights on business. # Keep track of business and competition movement. # Managed key stakeholders from departments like Finance, Marketing and IT to optimize salesprocess. # Analysed challenges and requirements of internal Training, R&R and PMS teams, evaluated and on boarded vendors. # Impacting all salesmanagers on a monthly basis. # Conducted analytics and provided inputs to drive efficiency of salescampaigns. # Ideated, created and curated internal marketing communication collateral across mediums. # S&D section of the Annual Report, voice blasts, Videos, My Coach pitches, mailers Risk Governance. # Reviewed internal risk control mechanisms and SOPs and ensured periodic governance across teams.
