The Group enjoys an undisputed market presence Job Description: · Ensure safety of Man Machine and product at all times. · Achieve production target and deliveries, consistently. · Continues improvement in true spirits. · Achieve productivity and optimization of man and machine. · Ensure effective and precise reporting from all functions. · Lead and encourage process implementation and improvements. · Ensure proper and effective follow up of preventive maintenance. · Maintain high level of discipline, decorum and hygiene in plant. · Unbiased root cause analysis of failures and complaints. · Ensure compliance of all legal and statutory requirements. · Ensure value addition of process, product, safety, discipline, culture in all action. Qualification: Engineer / Food Technologist with MBA in Operations Management and Experience in GMP, FSMS, Lean Manufacturing, Kaizen.
