Finance Operations Head

Job Description : HEAD OF FINANCE OPERATIONS UAE A high growth tech firm in the region have an exciting newly created opportunity for a Head of Finance Operations to join their finance team based in Dubai. Your Responsibilities Managing entire finance operations function for the group, which include receivables, payables, billing, banking, audit management, monthly report finalization, audit finalization and all other accounting related activities Oversee monthly financial closing and year end reporting, including group consolidations Responsible for audits and all related reports Ensuring tax compliance and reporting across the group and the regional subsidiaries across the GCC Manage, guide and assist team to perform operations in accordance with set policies and procedures Your Qualifications Fully qualified accountant (CA/CPA/ACCA) At least 8-10 years experience. Strong technical knowledge of IFRS and group consolidations is essential Experience with taxation requirements in the Middle East Experience in the Big 4 and a high growth tech company is an advantage, but not essential A fluent Arabic speaker is essential for this role
