Job Description : FINANCE DIRECTOR BRUSSELS a large Belgian Sales & Distribution company with its HQ in Brussels, · Review of the current financial processes; Identification of processes to be improved in the fields of finance (Accounting – controlling) and regulatory reporting; Challenge the business regarding possible process improvements; Supervise a team of 10 people in a changing environment. ? The ideal candidate has a strong and relevant experience in general financial management. This must be linked with a strong experience in project and process management. A strong knowledge of the insurance sector is MANDATORY. The candidate should have strong interpersonal skills in order to manage properly the different stakeholders involved. The candidate should be resistant to stress, pragmatic and hands-on. French and English are the most important languages.
